Add notification bar similar to bootstrap with green/red/yellow

This notification bar provides the following:

• When completing any micro-interaction, the notification reiterates what has been added and makes it easy to undo the last action

E.g. micro-interaction

• adding a course
• removing a course
• editing a grade
